had dinner at swissotel on last sunday`well`
the food there isnt that great and doesnt have much choices !
people who was present are` my second`third and younger sister`
my mum`my niece and two nephew !

when we reached home` yuluan -fourth sister- bought a cake`
and celebrated my mum advance birthday ! =)
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY` MUMMY !

i still couldnt kick off my bad habit ! =(
i have been lacking out of sleep again !
i tried to sleep early when days goes by`but no matter
how tired i am` i still couldnt sleep as early as i want !
im always falling asleep at 2am plus near 3am` and waking up at 9am !
this daily routine is going to kill me off soon ! hahaa
ohya` i forgotten to mention that`last saturday training was "great" ! =X
my muscles is still aching ! ='(
