TAN SHEN LI` HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY ! =D

im sick ! =(
im having fever`flu `cough and bad headache ! ='(
my face is swollen mentioned by my friend ! =(
it swollen because of my wisdom tooths ! -is 3 okay?! -
and im in great pain of it ! ='(
im feeling weak ! =(

today is public holiday so it means OFF DAY ! =D
i dont know why am i waking up early since im not working`
im seriously exhausted and im falling sick !
bad headache is always the one that killing me ! >=(
anyway` yesterday after working` i went to lot one to find
my mum`sisters`nephews and niece to have dinner and
we watched high school musical 3 -senior year` =)
overall`its a enjoyable day even though there's
some unhappy things happened in between`=)

sometimes` i feel like changing my blog to private`
but im a person who hate to do any troublesome thing`
in another word will be` MAFAN !
and of course` simply due to my laziness too ! =P
well` overall is` i wont change a single thing in my blog
EXCEPT the songs and most probably the links ! =)

im counting down the days to meet up the girls ! =)

yesterday training was quite relax due to the wet ground ! =)
took our jerseys for bbaxn and some other tournaments` and
of course` for training use too ! =)
went to work today`and im glad that i finished working at 3.30pm !
so that` i could have more resting time ! =)
oh people` im going to have diet starting from tomorrow onwards !
reason behind is because` my weight had increased ! ='(
not much but 1.5kg ! i have been eating and eating when im bored and
now it leads to this ! oh fcuk` slim down please ! diet` im coming ! =X
im going to see my girlfriends in about 2/3 weeks time ?! finally !
im super looking forward to the day ! =D
girls` i promised that i will be aeroplane-no-more alright ?! =)

had dinner at swissotel on last sunday`well`
the food there isnt that great and doesnt have much choices !
people who was present are` my second`third and younger sister`
my mum`my niece and two nephew !

when we reached home` yuluan -fourth sister- bought a cake`
and celebrated my mum advance birthday ! =)

i still couldnt kick off my bad habit ! =(
i have been lacking out of sleep again !
i tried to sleep early when days goes by`but no matter
how tired i am` i still couldnt sleep as early as i want !
im always falling asleep at 2am plus near 3am` and waking up at 9am !
this daily routine is going to kill me off soon ! hahaa
ohya` i forgotten to mention that`last saturday training was "great" ! =X
my muscles is still aching ! ='(

out of sudden` i feel like deleting my friendster`
but ended up` i decided not to delete` =/
attending stackers training tomorrow` hope it wont be tough ! =P
every saturdays is my off day` but i have to attend trainings !
so its equal to` no rest day for me ! =(
ohya` on this coming sunday` im going to have buffet with my family !

bad news ! its time for me to cut down my food intake
because im going to become fatter and fatter ! *worried*
but my friends mentioned that` i did not change at all`
means` i did not gain any weight or something` BUT`
the fact is` IM FAT ! ohmygod` LOL !
well` im just kidding` i think i still maintain my size/weight !
because they said there's no changes in me ! HAHAHA` *happy*
